Strategies For Families is an excellent source of after-care for those who have participated in one of ACCI's programs. The site was created to assist parents to acquire techniques and strategies that will allow them to govern their homes in love and peace.

Their mission is "Empowering Parents To Strengthen Family Relationships by providing effective parenting strategies and resources." Parents everywhere struggle to raise their children to be happy, active and productive. Parents are often overwhelmed with emotions like fear, frustration, anger, insecurity, exhaustion, guilt, inadequacy, worry, anxiety, and even hopelessness. Children are worth fighting for, and giving up is not a good option.

Least Intrusive Measure First

Why would anyone undergo surgery if the solution could be provided through less intrusive means? Oftentimes those who are suffering from addictions, relationship difficulties, or self-defeating thoughts and behaviors have had many points along the way where less expensive and less intrusive outside help could have easily solved the problem.
